“The best thing I ever did was to step foot into Michelle’s yoga class!
I am so much more flexible and ‘calm’.
My 3 girls have loved doing Michelle’s kids workshops.
Michelle epitomizes what a yoga instructor should be- kind, encouraging, patient and serene.
It’s the treat in my week!”
“My daughter, Emma, has been going to YogaZoo for a couple of years now and absolutely loves it! She shows me yoga poses at home all the time and even does them at night sometimes before bedtime to help her calm down and get ready for sleep. Michelle is brilliant with the kids and heaps of fun. Emma is always excited about going to yoga.”

“Michelle’s yoga reenergized me after having my second baby. When I started I was completely unfit and I had lots of extra weight to lose. Michelle’s fantastic yoga class helped me lose the weight, tone up those flabby muscles and kick start me back into a healthy lifestyle. I would recommend Michelle’s yoga to anyone wanting to improve flexibility, tone those muscles and have a beautiful relaxing escape whilst doing it! My kids also LOVE Michelle’s yoga classes, they always feel so happy and confident when they leave. Michelle is one of those rare people who really love what they do, and her passion for yoga and children really shine through. Yoga is a wonderful art for children to experience and Michelle makes it such fun that my kids never want to miss her classes. Keep up the great work Michelle!!!”
“Michelle is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher, both my children and I love going along to her classes. She certainly has a special gift for working with children, her patience and energy know no bounds and the classes are really tailored to keep them entertained and engaged. The children all adore her, she truly is the Pied Piper of yoga…”
Michelle was a fantastic Yoga instructor at our Kids Camps and Family weekends. Her classes are fun and friendly to all abilities and kept everyone engaged. We would highly recommend Yogazoo for any community group or school.

Our Year Two classes introduced a ‘Mindfulness’ program this year. The teachers felt the students needed to develop some skills which would help them cope in the busy world and function in stressful situations; and also help children concentrate on tasks when their mind is distracted by other things. We wanted these skills to be things that could be used through-out their lives, not just in the classroom or the mindfulness sessions.
Michelle, our instructor, ensured the sessions were enjoyable and relevant for the children with great music to move to and interesting but challenging activities. She provided a peaceful and positive environment for the children to work in, and was very positive, inclusive and perceptive to children’s needs.
The children learnt to control their breathing to assist with relaxation and control anxiety. They also played games and practised various movements which will assist them in developing core body strength.
Staff and students really enjoyed it and practise the skills at home as well as at school.

Michelle (from Yogazoo) has the ability to engage the students in yoga techniques which challenge their bodies and their minds. The children have learnt ways to focus and calm themselves through breathing and yoga poses which they can apply to their daily lives. She builds positive relationships with the students, values their efforts and provides a fun and enriching program.'

Our little girl Emerald spent a fun and relaxing, yet energising 6th birthday party with her friends. The beautiful Michelle took the group of young children aged 4 years to 11 years on a princess themed yoga experience.
Yogazoo is a fantastic introduction to yoga for children. Michelle's whimsical, magical and entertaining presentation (whilst dressed as a princess), did not lose site of yoga postures. Her gentleness encouraged children who never tried yoga before the confidence to participate.
Even the parents enjoyed the party! We relaxed (no running around keeping an eye on your child), enjoyed a cup of coffee/tea and nibbles. We could actually finish our conversations as the kids were thoroughly entertained.
Michelle's unique blend of fun and yoga make her Yogazoo parties a great alternative. They are reasonably priced. We held the party in our home making it very convenient.
I highly recommend Yogazoo birthday parties!
